When Penny isn’t working on a degree in Christian counseling and finishing the requirements to become a certified Pastoral counselor, she can be found managing Information Technology projects for a major medical manufacturing firm. Penny is the editor and publisher of The High Chaparral Newsletter and serves as the business and project manager for The High Chaparral Reunion. She is a scuba instructor, writer, and makes an amazing rum cake - not in that order.
